Place Kicking Competition Best of luck to 6th class pupils Lucy Taaffe & Paddy Kelly who take part in the finals of the place kicking competition in Owenmore Gaels pictch, Collooney, Wednesday, 22nd October 2025.
Junior & Senior infants enjoyed their last week of stations before mid-term break today. Some groups finished cutting and sticking their witches, other groups finished cutting, sequencing and sticking the animals on the witch's broom stick, from the Room on the Broom story. We had good fun using the tweezers to remove the spiders and eyeballs from the spider's web. We also enjoyed our play dough table where we had to place things on the mats but we also used Halloween themed cutters to make various Halloween shapes. A new station today was using tangrams to create autumn themed pictures. Junior infants worked on their patterns while Senior infants wrote some more news. As always a massive thank you to Ms. Kelly and Ms. Howley for all their help during the stations.
