Did you know today was National Milk Day? In our class we tuned in to a webinar hosted by the National Dairy Council explaining the importance of Dairy foods in our diet, a trip to a farm showing where our milk comes from and finished with some tasty recipes we can make with milk as an ingredient. Our class then went on to make our own home made tasty butter! Our homemade butter went down a treat!
