We have had a great time exploring nature and science in our classroom! The children thoroughly enjoyed learning all about the life cycle of the butterfly, mapping out each stage from a little caterpillar to a beautiful chrysalis.
We paired our scientific discoveries with literacy by learning a lovely poem about the butterfly's transformation. To finish off, the children put their creative skills to work during art, crafting some lovely, colourful butterflies!
