Witches' Hats

We enjoyed making witches' hats today with Ms. Howley. They are simple, all you need is an ice cream cone, dip it in melted chocolate, add a chocolate covered rich tea biscuit to the bottom.and decorate with smarties, jelly tots and sprinkles.
